NBA Plays & Stats for (February 28th, 2020) from CheatSheetPros!
QUICK NEWS AND NOTES:
We launched an update to the NBA cheatsheet today and want to go through and address some of the players for tonight!
4 CORE PLAYERS TO CONSIDER:
D’ANGELO RUSSELL:
Listed as a Tier 1 player tonight he is priced at 8800 on DK so we need around 44 DKP to hit value. He has 52, 43, 46 and 58 DKP in his last 4 games so I think 5x is a floor for him. What jumps out at me is the DVP spot of 1.29 which is amazing and his L4 game average is 5.6x value.
DEANDRE AYTON:
Another Tier 1 player on the sheet and at 8100 that is a great GPP price. He has a little more risk but his last 4 games he has put up 52, 25, 57, 34 and 62 DKPs. So he gives you massive upside but also a lower floor. I think we could be looking at a higher game tonight because his DVP spot is a solid 1.17 and he usually excels in those easier games.
AARON GORDON:
This guy has been jumping out like crazy. Now tonight you are going to see Vucevic in a massive DVP spot but I’m going to FADE him tonight, YES I said it, FADE! The reason is that he is looking at 5x-6x MAX and if you fade a 6x player that won’t kill you in a GPP. He should be a solid 50 DKP tonight and might hit 55 but at 9200 I’d rather look elsewhere for GPPs. He has only been over 60 DKP one time all year and that was back on November, 17th. Now Aaron Gordon has just been on fire and 1,000 cheaper on DK. He has 57, 54, 42 and 55 DKP in his last 4 and also in a good DVP spot tonight at 1.14. Save the $1k and roll with the hot hand also in a good spot!
TRISTAN THOMPSON:
With no Drummond tonight he should get another 25-30 minutes of run. At his price of 5700 he only needs 28.5 DKP to his value and he has a solid 38, 32, 25, 35 and 47 DKP in his recent contest. His FPPM production is up from 0.96 to a solid 1.23 with a DVP spot of 1.07 so we like the chances of him hitting value tonight!
