We are going to take a look at some NFL picks for Week 3!

CAR is #1 RUSH & PASS DEFENSE right now and allowing the leagues lowest 2.7 yards per carry!
CAR allowing a league lowest 190 total yards per game (46.5 rushing and 143.5 passing) Crazy! Now they get a rookie QB?
HOU is 31st in rushing DEF and allowing 116 yards per game.
CHEAT MODEL has this at 29.5 to 21.0 and that was before the rookie QB was named the starter. CAROLINA ROLLS!
PICK #2 - ARIZONA (Opened -6.5 and now -7)
PICK #2 ALTERNATE PLAY: 2 TEAM 6 pt Teaser (CAR -2 + ARI -1)
My model has this 32-17 easily covering the -7 spread.
Bobby Index has this at ARI -11.5.
JAX allowed the 25th most rush yards and 27th most pass yards per game.
ARI has 3rd most passing yards per game.
JAX ranks 30th vs. WR-1 and WR-2.
PICK #3 - LA CHARGERS +6.5
PICK #3 ALTERNATE PLAY: 2 Team 6.5 pt Teaser (LAC +13 & KC/LAC OVER 48)
PICK #3 ALTERNATE PLAY: 2 TEAM 6.5 pt Teaser (CAR -1.5 + LAC +13)
LONG SHOT PARLAY: LAC Moneyline parlayed with the OVER 54.5.
Anyone who has been with us knows I live in KC and I'm a big KC fan so this pains me to have the LAC as a pick.
KC is allowing the MOST yards on DEFENSE in the NFL. That is 469 total yards allowed per game on average (32nd) and the most rushing yards per game 202 (32nd). My poor Chiefs.
KC is giving up 6.0 yards per carry.
I can't pass up getting almost a full TD here for a team giving up that many yards playing in a divisional game. I think this game is also going to become a shootout with a high possibility of the over 54.5 also hitting.
(Lean) PICK #4 - CHICAGO +7 (Line opened +9.5 now +7)
My model has CLE winning 26-20 but Justin Fields is a game changer!
CLE allowing 23rd most passing yards so I think CHI can stick in this game.
CHI DEF is 11th (RUSH) and 9th (PASS) and allowing a low 3.3 yards per carry.
PICK #5 - LAS VEGAS RAIDERS (Line opened pick'em now -4.5)
[Contingent on Carr playing!]
My model has this game with Vegas winning by 10.
Vegas has won 2 games no one thought they could win beating BAL 33-27 and then PIT 26-17.
MIA will be likely be without Tua and coming off a 35-0 loss to the Bills.
OTHER GAMES THAT I LIKE:
TAMPA BAY (-1) OVER LA RAMS (Model has LAR but I prefer TB here.)
DENVER (-10) OVER NY JETS (Model has DEN by 10 but I think they cover.)
