NFL Fantasy Breakdown & Stacks from CheatSheetPros!
YOUTUBE VIDEO w/ BONUS STACKS!
QUICK NEWS AND NOTES:
Stacking is a "MUST" in Daily Fantasy for these large field GPPs. I prefer to stack a QB with 2 pass catching options and then run it back with 1 pass catcher from the other side. You can do a mini-stack with QB+WR-1 and run back with WR-1 from the opponent. Using our NFL Cheatsheet you select different dropdowns for WR-1, WR-2, WR-3, TE-1, RB-1, RB-2, etc. We also show the projected stack cost and projection, average fantasy points for the stack and value and then targets per stack and target value per $1k of salary. I don't like to give out an "exact" lineup because it will be used by several people so I'm going to focus on a SHELL lineup focused on a stack and then you can fill in the holes with the players you choose!
STACK #1 - ARIZONA
We have this game with ARIZONA scoring 32.3 points which is higher than the Vegas implied total of 29.5 so we want to get some action in this game.
JAX (top right of screen shot) is allowing the 25th most rushing yards and 27th most passing yards per game.
JAX ranks 30th vs. WR-1 and WR-2s and hold the 28th rated passing "D".
Kyler Murry has 34.6 and 38.1 DKP in his first two games so 4x-5x range and now in a great matchup! DeAndre Hopkins has 26 and 15.4 DKP but he is priced up to 8200 so for GPP we may want to pivot off him as most average DFS'ers will add Hopkins and then figure the rest out. Rondale Moore has 27.4 DKP last week and then in Week 1 Christian Kirk has 24.0 DKP and appears that week in and week out one of these guys will pop. At 5000 and 5400 they are CHEAP!
STACK COMBOS:
Kyler / Hopkins / Moore
Kyler / Hopkins / Kirk
Kyler / Moore / Kirk - Contrarian GPP
RUN BACK OPTION:
Marvin Jones - Only 4900 on DK and has 18.7 and 17.5 DKP in his first two weeks. In a game they should be down having 1 run back WR is great for GPP. Laviska Shenault and DJ Chark are also always in play if Marvin gets shadow covered.
Below is a screen shot of the Fantasy Points per game through Week 1 & Week 2:
STACK #2 - DETROIT
No one ever wants to stack a DET team but they are starting to jump out at me since they are putting up over league average yardage and sitting at 25 PPG.
Our Model has DET putting up 24-28 points which is solid for a stack.
BAL has the 9th rated RUSH DEF but 24th rated PASS DEF so passing is where we have to attack them.
Jared Goff is only 5200 on DK and has 32.9 and 20.3 DKP in his two games! That is 6x value in Week 1 and almost 4x value in Week 2! Plus what I LOVE is that his WR's are CHEAP! T.J. Hockenson is 5200 and draws the most targets and is a must in this stack. Then take your pick between Cephus (3900) and any other RB or WR. BAL is 29th vs. pass catching RBs and both of these RBs can go nuts out of the backfield as we saw in Week 1 when they BOTH went for >24 DKPs!
STACK COMBOS:
Jared Goff / TJ Hockenson / Cephus - Run Back Marquise Brown
Jared Goff / TJ Hockenson / D'Andre Swift & Marquise Brown - This is 21,800 and will leave you around 6,400 per player to fill in the other spots so it gives you a bunch of flexibility!
STACK #3 - DA BEARS!
Chicago (with Dalton) has the 31st most passing yards per game (135.5) so I believe Justin Fields is HERE TO STAY! I can hope because I'm all over him in season long and he gives us big rushing upside.
CLE has the 31st rated pass "DEF" but keep in mind they played KC so take that with a grain of salt, they are not good but I don't think they end at 31st. I think there is room for Fields to toss it around here.
STACK COMBOS:
Justin Fields (5200) / Allen Robinson (6200) / Darnell Mooney (4300) - Runback with OBJ (5300) (who should return this week). This stack is also CHEAP at a total of $21,000 for the 4 players and with an average D that leaves 6500-6700 per player left.
STACK #4 - LAS VEGAS RAIDERS
This is all subject to Derek Carr being able to play so keep that in mind!
RAIDERS have the #1 offensive yards per game stat at 458 which is 100 yards over league average!
MIA is 31st at applying QB pressure so Carr should have time to throw!
LV has the 31st rushing offense which is GREAT for PASSING GAME STACKS!
STACK COMBOS:
Carr / Waller / (Ruggs or Edwards or Renfrow) - This stack has a long tail as there are 3 different WRs you could add to the Carr/Waller combo. I don't have a lean on either side but would get a little piece of each one. The run back is not as exciting here so it's not a must for me.
STACK #5 - TAMPA BAY / LA RAMS
This game should have plenty of fireworks with a total that opened at 52.5 and went to 55.5!
These two teams are 5th and 7th in passing yards per game.
Tampa Bay is allowing the 30th most passing yards per game.
Here is the fantasy production over the first two weeks and anyone and everyone is viable!
STACK COMBOS:
Brady / Godwin / Gronk / Kupp
Brady / Godwin / Evans / Kupp
Stafford / Kupp / Godwin
TARGET CHART - FROM OUR NFL WEEK 2 CHEATSHEET:
K.J. Osborn was a big discussion in our Facebook chat group that popped up on the target chart and he caught a 64 yard touchdown in the first series of the game and is still only 3500 on DK! Target volume = Sneaky Value Darts. Love using this to find sneaky plays.
ADVANCED DVP STATS:
On the NFL cheatsheet we have all the positions but to make it readable I cut it off at the QB. You can see CAROLINA is the #1 defense right now so they are a great add in season long DFS! Buffalo has been solid along with New England, Philly and Denver. Look it over and see what jumps out at you!
