Philly since Velasquez to the mount who has an xFIP pushing 5 and the 29th ranked bullpen behind him. LAD has won 3 straight while Philly is still sliding as they are 11-19 in their L30 games. Dodgers!

BOSTON – Facing a horrible TOR team that is hitting only .232 over the last week and scoring 3.0 runs per game they should be able to pull out the win here. TOR is 17-30 on the road and 3-7 in their L10 games. Cashner is throwing tonight for Boston and TOR is only hitting .151 off him through 73 team Abs. BOS is starting to pick it up scoring 6.0 runs per game over the last week and hitting .269 they get to face Jacob Waguespack.
MINNY – Twins are actually slightly worse at home than they are on the road but that isn’t going to stop me here. They face Steven Matz tonight and Matz is stellar at home with a 2.54 ERA / 1.21 whip and allowing a .248 average BUT HE IS ON THE ROAD tonight! So what do those stats look like? Try a 7.07 ERA / .399 wOBA / 1.74 whip and massive .306 batting average allowed. EEEEEK! Both teams 5-5 in their L10 games but I’m going to attack the Matz horrible splits here and take Minny at home. Pineda is decent enough to salvage the win for us. Plus we get the bullpen advantage with Mets holding the 27th ranked bullpen and Minny the #7 spot!
KANSAS CITY – They beat CHW and Giolito last night and now they get Dylan Cease at plus money. Yup gotta jump on that. Both teams are terrible, both teams have terrible bullpens so I consider it a wash. The last 10 game power rankings are 24th for KC and 28th for CHW so yes both sucking. However some positivity in KC with them scoring 6.3 and hitting .289 over the last week and Sparkman has a solid home split allowing a low 2.19 ERA / 1.11 whip and .238 average. His road numbers are horrible so I’ll take plus money with Sparkman at home.
ST LOUIS – PIT has now lost 4 straight, scoring 2.5 runs per game over the last week while hitting .248. STL is picking it up and somehow has managed 3 straight wins. STL supports the #2 ranked bullpen while PIT sits down at 21st. Jack Flaherty takes the moud for STL who has a solid home split of a 3.45 xFIP / 10.1 K9 / 0.95 whip and allowing a low .209 batting average. Solid pitcher, solid bullpen! Dario Agrazal takes the mound for PIT and he has limited innings but his ERA looks solid but his xFIP indicates he is a 5 ERA pitcher.
COLORADO / SAN FRAN OVER – Are they going to score 3 runs or 30? Colorado is just video game numbers waiting to happen. Surprisingly Colorado has dropped to 30th in the last 10 game power rankings and San Fran has moved to 1st. Wrap your head around that! San Fran is a +122 dog although they are hitting .296 over the last week, won 3 straight and 8-2 in their L10 games! Colorado is still hitting .282 over the last week and Colorado in Colorado they can explode anytime so I’m taking the over here. Lambert has a 9.17 ERA at home / .459 wOBA / 1.75 whip and allowing a .342 batting average. Pomeranz on the other side also has a road ERA of 9.76 / .452 allowed wOBA and 1.99 whip allowing a .336 average. If Colorado can’t hit Pomeranz in Coors I think we are done with them for the year!
OAKLAND – This one is an easy game to put in. Oakland is hitting .327 over the last week vs. only .174 for Seattle. Oakland is scoring 7.0 runs per game and Seattle only 1.7. Oakland was WON 4 straight and Seattle has lost 4 straight. Oakland has a #3 ranked bullpen while Seattle 13th. I don’t have confidence in either pitcher starting but with Oakland at home running red hot right now I’m going to side with them!
